When inquired about any concerns raised by the public that the government should address for smoother implementation of these benefits, he stated: "Yes, numerous matters exist. A public grievance redressal system is in place for individuals to express their concerns, ensuring prompt resolution of their issues. Lok Seva Kendras and various other services have been made available, adhering to a defined timeline. If the work is not finalized within the stipulated time, a fine is imposed. This initiative facilitates timely advantages for the populace."
The CEO further added: "The progress made is regularly evaluated. Our branch heads, who receive directions according to government protocols, ensure that the targets are met punctually."
