Chandigarh, Nov 15 (NationPress) The Minister of Tourism and Cultural Affairs for Punjab, Tarunpreet Sond, announced on Saturday that significant events will be organized to honor the 350th martyrdom anniversary of the ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur. These events will take place in the revered land of the Khalsa, Anandpur Sahib, from November 23 to 25.
The government has appointed the Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs as the lead agency for the planning and execution of these memorable events.
The program will kick off on November 23 at 10 a.m. with the initiation of Sri Akhand Path Sahib, which is expected to see attendance from Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
At 12 p.m., a Sarv Dharam Sammelan will be conducted at the main pandal of Baba Budha Dal Chhauni.
