The agreements were signed at the 'Madhya Pradesh-Uttar Pradesh Cooperation Conference' attended by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav along with several ministers from the Uttar Pradesh cabinet.

The Chief Minister further noted that both states are entering a new era of spiritual and religious tourism, stating, "Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh are collaboratively developing a shared religious tourism circuit, which will enhance tourism and offer devotees a seamless and enriching pilgrimage experience."

The 'Sammelan' (conference) was organized to create a unified platform to showcase the industrial strengths, traditional crafts, ODOP and GI-tagged products, agricultural and food products, investment opportunities, and tourism potential of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.

On this occasion, Uttar Pradesh's Minister for Industrial Development and Investment Promotion, Nand Gopal Gupta, remarked that the 'Sahyog Sammelan' (Cooperation Conference) exemplifies the profound understanding between these neighboring states.
