New Delhi, July 12 (NationPress) On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi brought happiness to numerous families nationwide by distributing appointment letters to more than 51,000 young individuals selected for government positions.
During the ceremony, PM Modi extended his heartfelt wishes to the newly appointed youth, commemorating this significant achievement in their careers.
As part of the Rozgar Mela (employment fair) initiative, special events unfolded in Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) and Rajkot (Gujarat), where selected candidates received their official appointment letters.
In Jammu, Union Minister of State Jitin Prasada distributed the appointment letters to the recipients. He highlighted that Jammu and Kashmir continues to be a top priority for the Modi government, with ongoing efforts to enhance employment opportunities and foster manufacturing in the region.
“In the past 11 years, a new India has emerged -- a transformation has occurred. We are empowering youth through various government initiatives,” he remarked.
In Rajkot, Union Minister of State Nimuben Bambhaniya mentioned that the selected youth will serve in crucial sectors like Railways, Postal Services, and the Banking Sector.
“A significant number of young participants attended today’s event. The excitement and confidence on their faces mirror the spirit of a new India. This reflects Prime Minister Modi’s vision of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas,” she noted.
At the 16th Rozgar Mela in Rajkot, over 85 young candidates received their appointment letters.
One candidate appointed in the Railway Department expressed deep appreciation to PM Modi: “This appointment has instilled new hope in my life. I am now ready to tackle the numerous challenges I have faced previously.”
Others shared similar feelings, commending PM Modi for facilitating prompt appointments.
“Previously, there were extensive delays in receiving appointment letters post-exams. However, under PM Modi’s guidance, those delays have vanished. The Rozgar Mela guarantees that we receive our appointment letters in a transparent and timely fashion,” remarked another candidate.
Minister Nimuben Bambhaniya also expressed her thoughts on social media platform X, stating:
