Hyderabad, Dec 4 (NationPress) On Thursday, the Chief Ministers of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh expressed their admiration for the Indian Navy in celebration of Navy Day.

Telangana's Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, along with Andhra Pradesh Governor S. Abdul Nazeer, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, and other prominent leaders, extended their warm wishes to the Navy personnel and their families on this significant day.

CM Revanth Reddy conveyed his sincere appreciation for the Indian Navy personnel, who relentlessly defend the nation and demonstrate remarkable bravery.

In honor of Navy Day, he praised their exceptional service.

According to CM Revanth Reddy, the nation takes immense pride in the sacrifices, resolve, and valor exhibited by the Navy. He remarked that not only do they protect the country, but their altruistic contributions during emergencies are also cherished and remembered.

Governor Nazeer also paid tribute to the courageous members of the Indian Navy. He emphasized that the Navy epitomizes bravery, honor, and selfless service.

"The relentless endeavors of Navy personnel safeguard the vast maritime borders of our nation, ensuring the security and safety of every Indian. Additionally, the Indian Navy plays a crucial role in humanitarian missions, disaster relief efforts, and enhancing India's global maritime presence," the Governor stated.

Chandrababu Naidu, in his message shared on 'X', expressed heartfelt greetings to the Indian Navy personnel, veterans, and their families on this occasion. He highlighted that the Navy protects our maritime borders, secures energy resources, supports economic activities, and ensures the safety of vital trade routes across our expansive seas. Their critical involvement in rescue and relief operations during disasters, reaching out to individuals in need, deserves our utmost respect and admiration.

Furthermore, Andhra Pradesh's Minister for Education, IT, and Electronics, Nara Lokesh, took to 'X' to honor the Indian Navy. He stated, "On Navy Day, I proudly salute the Indian Navy and each one of our brave sailors and officers who protect our extensive coastline and uphold India’s strategic capabilities. From the Eastern Naval Command HQ in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh stands firmly in this mission of national security."

Former Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party leader Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy also sent his best wishes to the Navy personnel on Navy Day, asserting, "Their role in safeguarding our shores is unmatched. Hats off to our Navy personnel for their courage and commitment on the high seas as they advance the Nation's interests."
