Hyderabad, July 1 (NationPress) Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy announced a compensation of Rs 1 crore each to the families of those who tragically lost their lives in the explosion at a pharmaceutical facility located in Pashamylaram near Hyderabad.

Individuals who suffered critical injuries will receive Rs 10 lakh each, while those with minor injuries will be compensated with Rs 5 lakh each.

After inspecting the site, he informed journalists that both the management of the company and the state government would work collaboratively to provide compensation to the affected families.

Additionally, he declared that the costs for medical treatment of the injured would be covered by both the company and the government.

The Chief Minister instructed officials to provide Rs 1 lakh to the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 to those injured as immediate assistance.

The government is committed to supporting the affected families, including assisting in the education of the children by enrolling them in government residential schools.

So far, officials have confirmed the unfortunate deaths of 36 workers due to the accident, with several others reported missing and potentially trapped under the debris.
