Mumbai, March 26 (NationPress) Director Vivek Agnihotri officially unveiled his upcoming film, ‘Operation Sindoor’, which draws inspiration from Lt Gen K. J. S. Dhillon’s book detailing India’s secretive military operations beyond its borders.

Taking to Instagram, Vivek announced his collaboration with T-Series’s Bhushan Kumar to adapt the narrative from the book titled “Operation Sindoor: The Untold Story of India’s Deep Strikes Inside Pakistan.”

The film is designed to portray a storyline based on genuine events that transformed the security dynamics in the subcontinent.

Vivek shared: “Bhushan Kumar and I are collaborating on #OperationSindoor— a narrative that changed the security paradigm and unveiled Pakistan’s nuclear pretense.”

“The film is inspired by Lt Gen K.J.S. ‘Tiny’ Dhillon’s book Operation Sindoor: The Untold Story of India’s Deep Strikes Inside Pakistan,” he elaborated.

The narrative is set against the backdrop of the aftermath of the Pahalgam terror incident and will examine strategic military actions, supported by comprehensive research and insights from various branches of the Indian Armed Forces.
