He claimed that the future of both the youth and the state is in jeopardy.

On the occasion of Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary, Jagan took to ‘X’ to criticize the TDP-led NDA government for its approach towards young people.

“Swami Vivekananda emphasized that when youth work with determination and purpose, India becomes stronger. On this National Youth Day, we honor his message. Is the current state government enabling youth to achieve this aspiration? The reality for the youth in Andhra Pradesh is dire,” he tweeted.

He pointed out that payments for eight quarters of fee reimbursement are outstanding. Additionally, he mentioned that the government has not released Rs 4,900 crore under the Vidya Deevena scheme, and Rs 2,200 crore remains unpaid under Vasathi Deevena.

Jagan Mohan Reddy further stated that the promised unemployment benefit of Rs 3,000 per month, as per the alliance’s manifesto, has not been disbursed for the last two years. He also noted the discontinuation of online certification courses.

He believed in the potential of youth, urging them to cultivate character, seek knowledge, and work selflessly for the nation and humanity with unity and discipline. Happy National Youth Day to our youth, who are our nation’s greatest asset,” he posted on ‘X’.
