Ahmedabad, Aug 11 (NationPress) Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited (ADSTL), in collaboration with Prime Aero, has officially entered into a binding agreement to acquire a complete 100% stake in Indamer Technics Private Limited (ITPL), recognized as one of India’s foremost private-sector Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) firms.
This acquisition is facilitated through Adani Defence’s initiative, Horizon Aero Solutions Limited, a 50-50 partnership between ADSTL and Prime Aero, which is owned by Prajay Patel, the Director of Indamer Technics.
Strategically situated in Nagpur within the MIHAN special economic zone (SEZ), ITPL boasts a cutting-edge greenfield facility built on a 30-acre site.
The facility can host 15 aircraft bays spread across 10 hangars.
“The Indian aviation sector has undergone an extraordinary transformation, now ranking as the third largest globally in terms of passenger traffic. With Indian airlines planning to add over 1,500 aircraft in the upcoming years, we stand at the brink of a new aviation era,” stated Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Airports.

ITPL is certified by DGCA, FAA (USA), and other international civil aviation authorities. The company provides an extensive range of MRO services, including lease return inspections, heavy C-checks, structural repairs, and aircraft painting for premier Indian and global clients.
