Mumbai, Feb 12 (NationPress) GreenLine, a segment of Essar's Green Mobility Ecosystem and the largest provider of cleaner fuel logistics in India, is spearheading the decarbonization of the nation’s road freight sector with its fleet of LNG-powered trucks.
By delivering eco-friendly, high-efficiency logistics alternatives, GreenLine is revolutionizing the supply chain in India while assisting major industries in lowering their carbon emissions and achieving their sustainability objectives.
The fleet has expanded to over 500 LNG-powered trucks, with ambitions to reach 1000 by March 2025, actively contributing to emissions reduction in one of the country's most carbon-heavy sectors.
These trucks can haul 40 tonnes of payload and travel up to 1,200 kilometers on a single fill, marking a significant advancement for industries such as FMCG, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Cement & Construction, and Express Delivery.
