He spoke at the unveiling of a whitepaper entitled “Transitioning to Quantum Cyber Readiness”, released by the IT Ministry’s Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) in collaboration with cybersecurity firm SISA.

Krishnan highlighted that amid the ongoing digital, AI, and quantum revolutions across various industries, “the priority is to begin reinforcing our ICT infrastructures promptly with both clarity and agility. This white paper offers the essential components for achieving this”.
