Bengaluru, Jan 23 (NationPress) In a boost to the government's 'Make in India' initiative, South Korean technology leader Samsung is set to produce the new Galaxy S25 series at its Noida facility in India, announced JB Park, President and CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia, on Thursday.
The company also revealed that customers can now pre-order its latest Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 smartphones, which are poised to redefine the role of AI in mobile technology.
A groundbreaking, customized Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform for Galaxy chipset provides enhanced on-device processing capabilities for Galaxy AI, along with an advanced camera range and control powered by Galaxy’s next-generation ProVisual Engine.
“Last year, Samsung introduced the mobile AI era with the launch of Galaxy AI. The Galaxy S25 series offers the most context-aware, personalized AI experience, ensuring that you receive tailored, actionable insights while maintaining personal privacy,” Park stated.
The Galaxy S25 series is the first to feature One UI 7, Samsung’s AI-centric platform designed to deliver the most intuitive controls, facilitating AI-driven personalized mobile experiences.
With the Galaxy S25 series, users can easily conduct actionable searches with context-aware suggestions for subsequent steps.
Moreover, switching between applications for quick follow-up actions, such as sharing a GIF or saving event details, is now seamless, according to the company.
The pricing for the 12/256GB S25 is set at Rs 80,999, while the 12/512GB variant is available for Rs 92,999. The 12/256GB S25 Plus is priced at Rs 99,999 and the 12/512GB version at Rs 1,11,999, as per the company's announcement.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra offers three configurations: 12GB/256GB for Rs 1,29,999, 12GB/512GB for Rs 1,41,999, and 12GB/1TB for Rs 1,65,999.
Customers pre-ordering the Galaxy S25 Ultra will receive benefits worth Rs 21,000, while those opting for the Galaxy S25+ will enjoy benefits of Rs 12,000, and Galaxy S25 pre-orders will come with Rs 11,000 in benefits.
