This development follows a day after TCS confirmed the suspension of employees under investigation linked to the Nashik case and its cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

The company has faced scrutiny following multiple FIRs filed regarding alleged incidents of sexual harassment and religious conversion at its Nashik unit.

Reports indicate that the controversy began in March when a woman accused a colleague of engaging in a physical relationship with her based on false promises of marriage.

During the investigation, authorities uncovered additional complaints, resulting in several more FIRs related to similar allegations.

Meanwhile, police have arrested at least six employees in connection with this case following information received by the Nashik Police Commissioner’s office.

A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has also been formed to conduct a detailed inquiry, while a human resources official based in Pune is being interrogated.
