Mumbai, May 26 (NationPress) Singer Abhijeet Sawant visited the Kashi Vishwanath Temple seeking divine blessings and expressed that even though his trip was work-related, discovering Kashi proved to be an enchanting journey.
Reflecting on his experience, Abhijeet remarked, "It’s as if we stumble upon a destination by chance, and Kashi is one such location that offers us pure joy."
“Although my primary purpose here was work, wandering through Kashi has been a delightful experience. The streets and ghats are simply mesmerizing,” he noted.
The Kashi Vishwanath Temple is a significant shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, situated in Vishwanath Gali in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. This temple is a major Hindu pilgrimage site and ranks among the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines. The deity worshipped here is referred to as Vishwanath and Vishweshwara, signifying the Lord of the Universe.
Abhijeet, who rose to fame as the winner of the inaugural season of Indian Idol in 2004, is poised to release his latest Marathi song titled “Chal Turu Turu”.
