Babil Khan Explores the Depths of Meditation: Embrace Self-Love
Synopsis
Key Takeaways
Mumbai, April 8 (NationPress) Actor Babil Khan, the son of the late renowned actor Irrfan Khan, has shared his insights on meditation, emphasizing that it should not be considered a mere act.
Babil highlighted that meditation transcends a scheduled practice; it represents a state of being. He elaborated that it should not be regarded as a standalone task or something to tick off a list.
Babil stated: “Meditation should not be performed as an isolated act; instead, you should cultivate a mindset that allows it to occur naturally throughout your day.”
He further explained: “You must embrace who you are, rather than resist it. Establishing that mindset enables you to approach your day with confidence. Ultimately, it’s about self-love. Acceptance of oneself is the first step towards achieving this.”
Babil has returned to the film sets, commencing work on his latest project in Bhopal. Earlier this month, he shared a video from his vanity van, stating: “Back to the grind, time to make you proud again.”
Details about the upcoming film remain undisclosed. The actor, who began his career as a camera assistant in the film Qarib Qarib Single, has also trained in Muay Thai in Thailand.
Making his acting debut in the 2022 film Qala, alongside Triptii Dimri, Babil received acclaim for his role. Following Qala, he starred in Friday Night Plan, portraying Siddharth Menon, son of actress Juhi Chawla.
Babil gained recognition with the series The Railway Men, which chronicles the Bhopal Gas Tragedy, acting alongside Divyendu Sharma, Kay Kay Menon, and R. Madhavan.
However, he took a six-month break from work and social media after expressing feelings of alienation in the film industry.
