Enhanced Security Measures, Including Bullet-Proof Glass and CCTV, Implemented at Salman Khan's Residence Following Birthday Festivities

Mumbai, Jan 7 (NationPress) Salman Khan is taking no chances and ensuring his safety amidst the threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. On Tuesday, the Bollywood icon's security was further enhanced.
His residence, Galaxy Apartments, located in the upscale suburb of Bandstand, has had new bullet-proof glass installed on the balcony where the star frequently greets fans. This upgrade follows Salman's birthday celebrations last month. Additionally, CCTV cameras and a modern security system have been installed to monitor the area due to the increased security concerns.
According to media sources, the actor lives in a 1 BHK flat on the ground floor of Galaxy Apartments, while his parents reside on the first floor.
Last April, two assailants on a motorcycle fired four shots at Salman Khan's home and escaped. The actor suspects that Lawrence Bishnoi orchestrated this attack with the intention to harm him and his family. His father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, has also been threatened by alleged members of Bishnoi's gang, who is currently imprisoned.
Previously, in October, Salman’s close associate Baba Siddique was shot near his office in the Bandra area of Mumbai.
In response to these threats, Salman has been maintaining a low profile and reducing his public appearances since the unfortunate incident involving Baba Siddique.
Baba Siddique, who was well-regarded in the Hindi film industry, was murdered by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
He was known for hosting extravagant Iftaar parties attended by numerous high-profile guests. Notably, it was at a Baba Siddique Iftar party in 2013 that the long-standing feud between two of Bollywood's biggest stars, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, was resolved after five years of division within the industry.
On the professional front, Salman is set to appear in the upcoming film ‘Sikandar’. This movie marks his return to the cinema after a hiatus of over a year, with his last appearance in ‘Tiger 3’.
The film is directed by A.R. Murugadoss, known for ‘Ghajini’, and features Rashmika Mandanna alongside Salman Khan.
