Los Angeles, Sep 21 (NationPress) Following a challenging period, reality television star Helen Flanagan has expressed her willingness to explore the dating world once more. The actress has experienced a tumultuous few years regarding her personal relationships.

She previously ended her long-term romance with Scott Sinclair and briefly dated another football player, Robbie Talbot, which concluded in May after a year of dating, according to Mirror.co.uk.

Now, Helen is prepared to return to the dating landscape, albeit feeling uncertain about how to begin.

She remarked, “I’m open to dating, but I’m just so, so busy with the kids. When I was 19, I could easily go out in Manchester and come home with a boyfriend just days later. But at 35, going out for a night isn't really in the cards for me, is it?”

As reported by Mirror.co.uk, the busy mother of three shares her children—Matilda, aged 10, Delilah, aged seven, and four-year-old Charlie—with midfielder Scott. The couple was together for 13 years, having met in 2009 during the peak of Helen's soap operatic fame and getting engaged nine years later.

However, they parted ways in 2022, later admitting that their relationship had declined to the point where they no longer “liked” each other. “I don’t see it as a breakup; I consider it a divorce,” Helen previously shared regarding the end of her relationship with Scott. “We were together for 13 years. Instead of processing everything, I immersed myself in work and shut down emotionally. I went into survival mode.”

Currently, Helen co-parents her children with Scott while also managing her professional commitments, which leaves little room for dating. “It’s more challenging as you age, and being a mom keeps you incredibly busy—I'm constantly swamped with my kids and work,” she explained.

The actress has openly discussed how the fallout of her relationships has impacted her children, admitting back in April that she is understandably cautious about introducing a new partner into their lives.
