Los Angeles, March 22 (NationPress) Hollywood actor Jonathan Majors revealed that his wife Meagan Good has made significant sacrifices to support him.
On Friday, March 21, shortly after they publicly shared their secret marriage, the Marvel star, 35, discussed the costs of their relationship during an appearance on The Breakfast Club, as reported by People magazine.
“I warned her from the beginning, this is going to be intense. It’s going to be wild,” Majors stated on the Power 105.1 radio show, referring to the fallout from his conviction for two counts of misdemeanor assault and harassment against a former girlfriend in December 2023.
According to People, one host pointed out that Good was a well-respected actress before her relationship with Majors, leading many to question, “Meagan Good, why are you doing this?” He acknowledged, “Absolutely, I faced a lot of that.”
“Now we are in a committed relationship, and we’ve tied the knot,” Majors commented. “I’ll be honest. We have moments where we say, ‘Hey babe, I love you more than words can express, but this situation is tricky.’”
“I’m like Jack from Titanic. If you let go of me, you can go and find it,” he added, referencing Leonardo DiCaprio’s character. The Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania actor continued, “That was a crucial aspect, and she endured a lot because of it.”
He further explained, “I don’t mind saying this, she wasn't officially announcing it, but she lost endorsements, and we got uninvited to events. She was uninvited because it became clear that if Meg was attending, Jay would be there too. She faced an enormous setback.”
Majors also acknowledged that “much of our work” involves “socializing.”
