Chennai, March 19 (NationPress) Karuppiah, the producer behind the highly anticipated romantic film 'Youth', starring Ken Karunas, has shared a heartfelt message as the release of the movie approaches. He reflects on the 12 arduous years it took him to penetrate the film industry.
The 27-year-old producer expressed, "People might think it’s too early for me to be a producer at this age. But for me, it has been a 12-year journey of relentless effort since I first started dreaming of cinema at 15."
He admitted, "During March of last year, I was grappling with a midlife crisis, pondering my next steps. I had committed to two films, both ensemble casts, but they stalled and never made it to the screen. Uncertainty loomed large, and at that time, life felt quite constricted."
Karuppiah continued, "At that moment, my only aspiration was straightforward: to see my name on the screen as a Writer–Director. Fast forward a year… that dream evolved into something much larger. I came to understand that my calling is to create the best cinema I cherish and share it with as many viewers as possible."
