Mumbai, Dec 17 (NationPress) Actor Pratik Gandhi has recently expressed his thoughts on his portrayal of a firefighter in the new film Agni, describing it as one of the most demanding yet fulfilling roles of his career.
The actor conveyed his enthusiasm and the extensive preparations involved in embodying such a multifaceted character. In a statement, Gandhi mentioned, “Portraying a firefighter in Agni has been among the most arduous and fulfilling experiences in my career, as it has granted me profound insights into the courage, resilience, and sacrifices made by firefighters. Agni, crafted by National Award-winning director Rahul Dholakia, highlights the lives of firefighters and the significant challenges they encounter in a densely populated nation like India. The film pays tribute to the bravery of these unsung heroes while delivering a fresh and impactful narrative. It provides a gripping account of the sacrifices and dangers faced by those who risk their lives for the safety of others.
In the film, Pratik Gandhi takes on the role of a courageous firefighter named Vitthal. Set against the backdrop of a city afflicted by a mysterious wave of fires, the film also features Divyenndu, Saiyami Kher, Sai Tamhankar, Jitendra Joshi, Udit Arora, and Kabir Shah in significant roles.
This action drama premiered on December 6 on Amazon Prime Video.
