Mumbai, Aug 5 (NationPress) Actress Raashii Khanna, who is preparing for the launch of her upcoming movie ‘120 Bahadur’, has expressed her admiration for her co-star, Farhan Akhtar. She highlighted that beyond his acting skills, it is the person he is that she truly respects.

The duo attended the film's teaser launch in the Lower Parel area of Mumbai on Tuesday, where they engaged with the media. The event became a remarkable celebration of mutual respect, artistic collaboration, and a shared vision, bringing a genuine sense of admiration and comfort to the gathering.

Describing her experience working alongside Farhan, she remarked, “When we collaborated on this film, I must thank Farhan sir first, as he made the first move to break the ice. I tend to be a bit awkward, but he was incredibly welcoming. Just as my parents have always advised me, to understand a person, observe how they treat those around them. Farhan treats everyone with equal respect, regardless of who they are. This is a quality I haven't encountered much in others.”

She continued, “That's why I value him more as a human being. I admire him as an actor and a director, but my fondness for him as a person is what truly stands out. He is incredibly inspiring and disciplined. I genuinely mean it when I say that this experience has been outstanding, and I sincerely hope to have more opportunities to collaborate with him.”

Farhan Akhtar, in turn, praised Raashii's contribution to the film, stating, “It’s a true pleasure working with you, Raashii. She mentions that this story found her, but I believe it could be the opposite. I think paths discover those best suited to them.”

“We couldn’t have chosen better than Raashii for this role. She is remarkable in the film. What you've seen is merely a teaser; there is so much more to come,” he added.
