Mumbai, July 25 (NationPress) Actress Radhikka Madan welcomed filmmaker Farah Khan at her residence in Mumbai for a special vlog episode.
During their candid conversation, the 'Angrezi Medium' star disclosed her aspiration to pursue a career as a professional dancer.
Radhikka expressed, "I am trained in Jazz, ballet, and modern dance. I wanted to bring tap dancing to India. The feeling you get on stage is unparalleled."
The 'Shiddat' actress reminisced about landing her first television role in 'Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi'.
She shared that a casting director reached out to her with an audition opportunity in Delhi. "The audition was set in a rather dubious area, and at that time, I was a fan of 'Crime Patrol'. So, I took two friends along with hockey sticks for safety. In Delhi, getting into trouble is quite common," Radhikka recounted.
"I told my friends I would go in first, and they should follow me so that we could make headlines the next day. However, when I entered, I realized there was a genuine audition happening for a television show. I felt awkward and almost left, but they called my name instead."
To her astonishment, Radhikka mentioned that she felt incredibly secure in front of the camera, akin to her experience on stage.
She noted that she learned the nuances of acting while working on 'Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi'.
Radhikka starred alongside Shakti Arora in the series, which aired from 2014 to 2016 and became one of the top-rated shows on Colors.
After solidifying her place in the television industry, Radhikka transitioned to films, appearing in projects like 'Shiddat' and 'Angrezi Medium'.
