Earlier, her son Anand Bhosle mentioned that condolences could be offered at their home in Lower Parel on Monday. He stated, “My mother passed away today. People can pay their last respects at 11:00 AM tomorrow at Casa Grande, Lower Parel, where she resided. The final rites will occur at 4 PM at Shivaji Park.”
Throughout her illustrious career, Asha Bhosle garnered numerous accolades for her exceptional musical contributions, including the distinguished Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2000 and the Padma Vibhushan in 2008.
