Chennai, Feb 13 (NationPress) Uma Sethuraman, the spouse of the late actor Dr Sethuraman, renowned for his roles in the blockbuster Tamil films ‘Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya’ and ‘Sakka Podu Podu Raja’, has shared a heartfelt message on their ninth wedding anniversary.
In an Instagram post featuring a video, Uma reflected, “Our journey began on October 11th, 2015, and today marks nine years since we exchanged vows.”
She expressed, “While not every marriage is destined for greatness, I firmly believe ours was. Two distinct personalities uniting with supportive families.”
Describing the significance of their names, she noted, “Self-loving, Empathetic, Tender, Honest in heart and mind, Unique, Unified belief, Mature, Adaptable. I wish we had more years to bask in your love. Yet, you have left me with three precious responsibilities: ZI clinic, Sahana, and Vedanth.”
Although she may not reach the heights he envisioned for ZI clinic, she remarked, “I trust you will guide me from wherever you are... I will dedicate my heart and soul to give my utmost.”
Reflecting on their four beautiful years together, Uma remembered, “We did have our minor disagreements, but they helped us understand one another more deeply.”
“What I cherished most about you was your unwavering respect for everyone, regardless of their financial status or role in our lives... You treated everyone with the same kindness, and those who met you, even briefly, still remember you for this trait,” she noted, adding that she has no regrets in her life.
“I am grateful to have been part of your life’s journey. I am thankful you shared your vision for ZI with me, and I believe dreams can indeed come true. Happy 9th wedding anniversary to us @dr_sethu,” she concluded.
