An additional Rs 99 crore has been allocated for essential equipment.
The initial phase will feature 350 beds, which includes ICU and HDU facilities, a dialysis center, and 10 operating rooms.
Additionally, there will be 14 specialty departments and divisions, with the complex spanning eight floors.
The institute will also serve as a training and research hub for healthcare professionals in transplantation, offering plans for 31 academic courses.
The construction of the hospital is being funded by KIIFB.
