In a post on X, EAM Jaishankar expressed, “I greatly valued the call with Prime Minister Israel Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem this evening. I conveyed warm wishes from PM Narendra Modi. We discussed deepening cooperation in technology, economy, skills, talent, connectivity, and security. I appreciated his insights on regional and global matters. I am confident that our Strategic Partnership will continue to strengthen.”
Following the meeting, PM Netanyahu also shared on X, “This evening, I met in my office in Jerusalem with India’s Minister of External Affairs, Dr S Jaishankar.”
EAM Jaishankar also had a meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog, where they reviewed the India-Israel strategic partnership and its ongoing progress.
On X, Jaishankar wrote, “I was honored to meet President Isaac Herzog of Israel today. I conveyed warm greetings from President Droupadi Murmu and PM Narendra Modi. We discussed our Strategic Partnership and its continuous deepening. I reaffirmed India’s enduring support for lasting peace in the region.”
