Washington, Jan 21 (NationPress) President Donald Trump has declared the formation of the External Revenue Service aimed at "tariffing and taxing foreign countries" instead of imposing taxes on U.S. citizens. He pledged to "revamp" the trade framework "to safeguard American workers and families."

"I will promptly initiate the revamp of our trade framework to safeguard American workers and families. Rather than taxing our citizens, we will tariff and tax foreign nations to enhance the wealth of our citizens. For this goal, we are setting up the External Revenue Service to gather all tariffs, duties, and revenues," Trump stated during his inaugural address on Monday.

Trump asserted this would generate "enormous amounts of funds" for the nation's treasury, "emanating from foreign sources."

In outlining his executive orders, Trump also revealed plans to reinstate any military personnel who were unfairly discharged for opposing the Covid-19 vaccine.

"I will reinstate any service members who were unjustly dismissed from our military for objecting to the Covid vaccine mandate with complete back pay, and I will enact an order to prevent our troops from being subjected to radical political ideologies and social experiments while on duty. Our armed forces will be liberated to concentrate on their primary mission, defeating America's adversaries," Trump asserted.

The U.S. President further proclaimed he would declare a national energy emergency to help mitigate rising prices.

"We will drill, baby, drill," Trump asserted during his inaugural address.

"The inflation crisis is a result of excessive spending and soaring energy prices. Therefore, I also declare a national energy emergency. America will reclaim its status as a manufacturing powerhouse, boasting the largest reserves of oil and gas of any nation worldwide, and we will utilize it," Trump stated.

The President emphasized his commitment to restoring law and order in the U.S. and announced the official recognition of only two genders, male and female.

"We are set to restore law and order in our cities. Effective today, it will be the official stance of the United States government that only two genders exist, male and female. This week, I will also terminate the government policy aimed at socially engineering race and gender into every facet of public and private life. We will build a society that is colourblind and merit-based," Trump declared.
