AAP Debuts Campaign Anthem 'Phir Layenge Kejriwal' for Delhi Assembly Polls

New Delhi, Jan 7 (NationPress) The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday debuted its campaign anthem, 'Phir Layenge Kejriwal' (We Will Bring Kejriwal Again), as the Delhi Assembly elections approach.
This anthem emphasizes the party's significant electoral commitments, particularly its two recently introduced welfare initiatives -- Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana, which allocates Rs 2,100 monthly to women in Delhi, and Sanjeevani Yojana, which guarantees complimentary treatment for senior citizens at all hospitals.
The unveiling ceremony was attended by notable AAP figures, including national convener Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, along with other high-ranking members.
During his address, Kejriwal characterized elections as a celebration for the residents of Delhi.
"Citizens eagerly anticipate AAP's campaign anthems. We introduced one in 2015, another in 2020, and now this one in 2025. I understand you have all been looking forward to it. Play this anthem everywhere -- at birthdays, weddings, and other festivities -- and promote it widely," he stated.
In a subtle jab at the BJP, he remarked, "Even the leaders of the disparaging party should heed it and dance to its rhythm."
Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai conveyed the party's preparedness for the electoral campaign.
In a conversation with IANS, he remarked, "We have nominated 70 candidates. Today, the campaign anthem has been launched, and it will propel our electoral initiatives."
Emphasizing the party's accomplishments, Rai stated, "The public is aware of who fulfilled their promises. We committed to providing electricity, water, enhanced schools, women's clinics, improved transport facilities for women, and pilgrimage tours -- and we accomplished all of it. That is why 'Phir Layenge Kejriwal' resonates with the populace of Delhi."
