Simultaneously, the Assam Rifles has organized a National Integration Tour under its civic action program for representatives from Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) hailing from the Tengnoupal, Chandel, and Kakching districts of Manipur, as part of its Northeast initiative, which has now reached Dimapur in Nagaland.

On February 21, the group had an interactive session with Lieutenant General Abhijit S. Pendharkar, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 3 Corps, in Dimapur.
The dialogue underscored the significance of civil–military synergy and the constructive contributions of CSOs toward community development, conflict resolution, and nation-building.
Participants gained firsthand knowledge about the responsibilities of the Indian Army and the Assam Rifles in ensuring national security while fostering peace and progress throughout the Northeastern region.
This interaction offered a valuable opportunity for open dialogue, facilitating the exchange of ideas on regional challenges, security issues, and developmental initiatives.
It reinforced trust between military forces and civil society, emphasizing the shared responsibility of all parties in upholding peace and stability.
Following this engagement, the delegation traveled by bus to Kohima to continue the next phase of the National Integration Tour, a vital initiative aimed at strengthening community engagement and fostering harmonious relations across the region.
