Patna, Nov 26 (NationPress) The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially released the outcomes of the D.El.Ed Joint Entrance Examination. In a statement during the results announcement, Board Chairman Anand Kishore revealed that a significant number of candidates have successfully passed this year.
From a total of 3,23,313 candidates who took the exam, 2,55,468 have emerged victorious, resulting in an impressive overall pass rate of 79.01%.
He conveyed his congratulations to all successful candidates and encouraged them to follow through with the enrolment process as scheduled.
With the results now public, candidates who have passed can apply for admission into 306 D.El.Ed. training institutes throughout Bihar, which comprises 60 government and 246 private institutions.
Anand Kishore highlighted the growing demand for the two-year D.El.Ed programme, which is essential for primary teaching roles, indicating its increasing significance as a career option for the youth in the state.
The Board has arranged a comprehensive online choice-filling process. Candidates will have the opportunity to select and prioritize institutions based on their convenience and proximity to their homes.
“Candidate convenience will be the top priority in the selection process,” stated the Chairman, emphasizing that the digital admission system will promote transparency and accessibility, particularly for students from rural backgrounds.
The Board has also outlined the timeline for the admission process.
From November 29 to December 5, 2025, candidates can fill out their applications and upload required documents, with the entire procedure being conducted online.
Alongside the D.El.Ed results, BSEB has also shared schedules for other important examinations, including the Competency Examination IV results, set to be released in the first week of December, and the STET results, expected in the second week of December.
Regarding the STET, the Chairman mentioned that the exam continued until November 15, and the provisional answer key has already been issued.
Candidates are allowed to submit objections to the answer key until November 29.
