Senior district officials are expected to personally visit any location where serious situations arise.
Religious groups or individuals spreading rumors or inciting hatred will face strict legal consequences.
Intelligence operations have been intensified, and suspected anti-social elements may be monitored closely.
Increased security has been mandated in districts affected by insurgency.
Special attention will be given to police pickets, stations, jails, railway areas, establishments, and government buildings.
Police have also been instructed to monitor trains vigilantly to avert drugging-and-robbery incidents, especially targeting migrant workers returning home for Holi.
To ensure a peaceful festival, 12 companies of the Range Reserve Force, 31 companies of the Bihar Armed Police Force, 2,768 trainee constables currently in training at the Police Academy in Rajgir, 5,100 Home Guards, and three companies of the Central Armed Police Forces have been deployed.
The highest concentration of forces is in Patna, where three companies of the Range Reserve Force, three companies of the Bihar Armed Police Force, 535 newly recruited constables, and 400 Home Guards have been assigned.
Significant deployments are also observed in Darbhanga, Begusarai, Jamui, Munger, Rohtas, Buxar, Gaya, and Motihari, while other districts receive forces based on specific needs.
