Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh), March 25 (NationPress) Maninderjeet Singh Bitta, the leader of the All India Anti-Terrorist Front (AIATF), expressed his gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the construction of the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple "without any riots or violence."
Bitta visited Ayodhya to pay his respects at the Ram Temple and Hanuman Garhi temple.
He told the press, "Even after my passing, my spirit will forever be thankful to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and all the devotees of Lord Ram for ensuring that the Shri Ram Temple was built peacefully during our existence."
He urged all Indians globally, and devotees of Lord Ram, regardless of their political affiliations, to prioritize Lord Ram above their political interests.
Further commending PM Modi and CM Adityanath, he remarked, "When you find yourself opposing PM Modi or CM Adityanath, remember that it is due to Lord Ram's grace they have successfully constructed the Ram Temple and repealed Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. They have also played a key role in liberating India from terrorism."
Bitta also voiced his concerns regarding the Sikh community's silence over attacks on India's heritage abroad, particularly in countries like Canada.
"I am disheartened and I apologize to the nation that when assaults occur on India's heritage, such as the disrespect of India's Tricolour or attacks on Hanuman Temples in Canada, silence prevails among members of the Sikh community," he remarked.
He emphasized, "My religion is Bharat Maa and my identity is Vande Mataram."
During his conversation with journalists, Bitta alleged that numerous political factions in the past had sought to shield the terrorists who targeted him.
"In this age of social media, the true identities of those who aided terrorists will be revealed to the public," he stated.
