Poonia expressed appreciation for Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for delivering a budget that reinforces India's infrastructure and promotes inclusive growth.

Poonia underscored the groundbreaking decision to increase the income tax exemption threshold to Rs 12 lakh, allowing those with earnings up to Rs 1 lakh monthly to be tax-free. He deemed this a significant relief for the middle class and a crucial step toward economic empowerment.

Poonia pointed out that the budget comprises unique provisions for MSMEs, education, healthcare, infrastructure, and innovative sectors such as artificial intelligence and research.

He characterized it as a forward-thinking budget that places emphasis on farmers, the middle class, and the comprehensive economic framework of the nation.

“This budget embodies the Modi government's dedication to elevating every societal segment, addressing the needs of farmers, the underprivileged, women, children, and the middle class,” he stated.

Poonia also mentioned that the Union government has allocated special provisions for MSMEs, education, health, infrastructure development, and new areas, including artificial intelligence and research.

“This budget is crafted for the middle class and farmers, while also being a visionary initiative to bolster India's infrastructure,” he concluded.
