He underlined the Budget's advantages for the middle class, farmers, and entrepreneurs, describing it as a vital measure towards economic expansion.
"This Budget renders income up to Rs 12 lakh annually tax-exempt. The reduction in taxes for all income brackets will provide significant relief to the middle class. It will also open up numerous opportunities for young professionals entering the job market," PM Modi remarked.
He pointed out the Budget's initiatives for farmers, noting that the 'PM Dhan Dhanya Krishi Yojana' will spark a new revolution in agriculture and enhance the rural economy.
"Irrigation and infrastructure advancements will be executed in 100 districts as part of this scheme. Moreover, the Kisan Credit Card limit has been increased to Rs 5 lakh, ensuring enhanced financial backing for farmers," he added.
Highlighting the focus on manufacturing and job opportunities, the Prime Minister emphasized the Budget's "360-degree approach" aimed at empowering entrepreneurs, MSMEs, and small enterprises.
"From the National Manufacturing Mission to sectors like CleanTech, leather, footwear, and toys, various industries have received dedicated support. Our objective is for Indian products to excel globally," he stated.
PM Modi emphasized measures to enhance investment at the state level, saying, "A dynamic and competitive investment atmosphere will develop across states thanks to special provisions in this Budget. Additionally, the credit guarantee for MSMEs has been increased to double."
He highlighted the Rs 2 crore loan program for Scheduled Tribes (ST), Scheduled Castes (SC), and women entrepreneurs, along with significant reforms for gig workers.
"For the first time, gig workers will be registered on the e-Shram portal, enabling them to access health and social security benefits. This showcases our government's dedication to the dignity of labor and the 'Shramev Jayate' principle," he stated.
The Prime Minister further emphasized initiatives aimed at promoting innovation and technology-driven growth, declaring, "To bolster startups, we have launched the Deep Tech Fund, Geospatial Mission, and Nuclear Energy Mission. These initiatives will shape the future of India’s economy."

"This Budget acts as a force multiplier for India’s growth, and I commend every citizen for their role in this transformational journey," he said.
