Jaipur, Feb 1 (NationPress) The Rajasthan BJP has asserted that the Congress party and the Leader of the Opposition (LOP) in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, were rendered speechless by the Union Budget 2025.

BJP state in-charge Radha Mohan Das Agarwal characterized the budget as a remarkable gift for both the middle and working classes.

He pointed out that salaried individuals are now eligible for an income tax exemption of up to Rs 12.75 lakh, while self-employed individuals can benefit from exemptions of up to Rs 12 lakh.

“This budget has left the Congress and Rahul Gandhi speechless, demonstrating that the government is dedicated to the comprehensive growth of all social groups instead of fostering divisions,” he stated.

BJP National Secretary Alka Gurjar commended the Finance Minister for emphasizing tourism development, with plans to transform 50 tourist destinations through state involvement.

BJP leader Narayan Pancharia stressed that the budget will prove advantageous for farmers, mentioning that the Pradhan Mantri Dhan Dhanya Yojana will assist 1.7 crore farmers, and the Pulses Self-Reliance Mission aims to enhance the production of tur, urad, and masoor dal, thereby ensuring better food security and increased farmer incomes.

Mukesh Dadhich, another BJP leader, underscored the government’s backing for startups, with the loan limit for the startup sector rising from Rs 10 crore to Rs 20 crore, along with a Rs 10,000 crore fund set up to stimulate growth in this area.

BJP leader Jitendra Gothwal remarked that the budget gives priority to marginalized communities, with Rs 2 crore term loans allocated over the next five years for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

Former BJP state chief Arun Chaturvedi praised the Finance Minister for ensuring fair representation for all societal segments, reinforcing the principles of Antyodaya.

BJP leader C.P. Joshi also praised the budget as inclusive, benefiting farmers, women, youth, and the underprivileged while paving the way for India’s economic advancement.
