New Delhi, Nov 5 (NationPress) The Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, has made a renewed assault on the Central government and the Election Commission of India (ECI) today, accusing them of widespread electoral fraud during the Haryana Assembly elections.
During a press conference held at the party's headquarters, Gandhi alleged that a Brazilian model had fraudulently cast her vote under various names at 10 different polling booths in Haryana. He described this as a coordinated effort to manipulate the electoral results and hinder the Congress party from achieving victory in the state elections.
Presenting an image of the Brazilian model, he asserted, “She voted 22 times across 10 booths in Haryana using multiple identities such as Seema, Sweety, Rashmi, and Saraswati. She is not a resident of Haryana; she is a model from Brazil. This is indicative of a centralized effort orchestrated from the top.”
In his press briefing titled ‘H files’, alluding to the much-discussed hydrogen bomb he referenced earlier, the Congress leader stated that out of 20 million registered voters in Haryana, approximately 2.5 million were fraudulent.
Detailing the composition of the 2.5 million questionable votes, he claimed that “the theft of votes amounting to 2.5 million occurred through five categories, including duplicate voters, invalid addresses, bulk voters, and other classifications.”
He elaborated that the electoral discrepancies were not isolated to Aland and Mahadevpura constituencies—areas where the Congress party had raised concerns—but were prevalent on a broader state level.
He charged that the entire state of Haryana had been compromised due to this centralized scheme, suggesting that Bihar could be the next target.
Additionally, he urged young voters to pay attention to this hidden 'conspiracy', emphasizing its implications for their future.
“Your future is being compromised, and your aspirations are being undermined, all while you stand by,” he passionately stated.
