Patna, Sep 8 (NationPress) Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary launched a fierce critique of the Mahagathbandhan on Monday, accusing them of consistently belittling Bihar and maintaining silence on critical national issues.
In a media briefing in Patna, Choudhary stated: “At times, these individuals disparage Bihar by associating it with bidi, and other times they insult the mother of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Now, even after the attack on the Ashoka Pillar in Kashmir, both Congress and RJD choose to remain silent. Bihar will not endure any affront to its heritage or the dignity of India.”
The Deputy CM vehemently condemned the supposed attack on the Ashoka Pillar in Kashmir, referring to it as a direct attack on the legacy of Emperor Ashoka of Magadh.
He emphasized: “This is not a trivial matter, but a significant assault on India’s illustrious heritage. Lalu Yadav and the Grand Alliance are treating it lightly. Measures are being undertaken against the offenders in coordination with the Lt. Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.
