The session covered progress across a clutch of flagship programmes: the CM Helpline 1076 citizen grievance line, the Seva Setu service-delivery initiative, the national AgriStack digital agriculture platform, the Viksit Bharat G-Ramji Yojana, mobile connectivity expansion, and school education outcomes.

What PARAS is designed to do

The portal is positioned not merely as a review dashboard but as the foundation of what Sai described as an 'accountable, outcome-oriented and technology-driven governance culture.' The mechanism mandates monthly state-level reviews, with officials expected to demonstrate measurable progress rather than procedural compliance. The logic is straightforward: if data on scheme delivery is visible and reviewed at the top, delays and leakages lose their hiding places. This fits a broader pattern seen across BJP-governed states since the mid-2010s — deploying digital monitoring layers over existing welfare architecture to compress the gap between policy announcement and last-mile delivery.
