Patna, May 13 (NationPress) Congress youth leader Kanhaiya Kumar announced the initiation of the ‘Nyay Samvad’ series across Bihar, commencing on May 15. This initiative is designed to tackle critical challenges faced by the populace, particularly in the realms of education, employment, and migration.
During a press conference at Patna’s Sataqat Ashram, Kumar stated, “The Congress party aims to engage directly with all segments of society, facilitating dialogues to grasp their concerns. Based on their insights, we will create a ‘Nyay Patra’ that will act as a strategic framework for resolving public issues, irrespective of which party is in power.”
Emphasizing the launch of the program, Kumar disclosed that the Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, will inaugurate the campaign in Darbhanga on May 15, where he will engage with students.
In parallel, Congress leaders nationwide will conduct similar discussions at 60 locations throughout Bihar in the upcoming days.
This campaign will encompass visits to SC/ST hostels, women and minority hostels, boys' hostels, and in areas lacking such facilities, town halls will be utilized to gather and interact with students.
“Our objective is to connect with the youth and comprehend their real-life experiences—particularly in Bihar where education and job opportunities are in dire straits,” Kumar remarked.
The primary goal is to establish a connection between the Congress party and citizens at the grassroots level to attract their support ahead of the pivotal Bihar assembly elections in 2025.
Previously, the Bihar Congress embraced a digital transformation in its electoral strategies by introducing a QR code-based application system for ticket aspirants.
This initiative was officially launched by Congress State President Rajesh Ram on Monday, marking a strategic approach to refine candidate selection and demonstrate the party's readiness for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections.
Rajesh Ram mentioned that the Congress party is undertaking a comprehensive survey for all 243 assembly constituencies in the state. The QR code features the slogan “Bihar is ready for change,” reflecting the party’s election narrative and grassroots outreach strategy.
