Delhi BJP Leader Urges Kejriwal to Commit to Truthfulness This New Year

New Delhi, Jan 1 (NationPress) The Delhi BJP aimed a pointed remark at AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday, urging him to take a New Year’s pledge to stop lying and deceiving the public.

Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva sent a letter to Kejriwal encouraging him to abandon negative behaviors, cease misleading the public, and instigate positive transformations in his conduct.

“It is the aspiration of all Delhi residents that you will renounce your vices, and you should set at least five resolutions for this year,” he stated.

Sachdeva proposed five resolutions for the former Chief Minister: to avoid making false promises regarding his children, to discontinue exploiting the feelings of women, elders, and religious groups through deceptive assurances, to apologize for endorsing alcohol in Delhi, and to acknowledge the corruption stemming from false commitments related to the sanitization of the Yamuna.

The fifth resolution entailed a pledge to abstain from engaging with anti-national entities and to reject donations for political advantage.

On Tuesday, Sachdeva released a video showcasing Kejriwal’s inconsistent positions that change to suit his interests.

Criticizing Kejriwal, the Delhi BJP leader accused him of duplicity and emphasized his insincere efforts to elevate Hinduism during election periods.

The video included clips of Kejriwal making derogatory remarks about Lord Ram, disrespecting the Swastika, ridiculing deities, and showing disrespect towards Lord Krishna’s Sudarshan.

As elections draw near, Kejriwal suddenly recalls the significance of temple priests; however, Delhi citizens recognize that Kejriwal embodies deception, he noted.

Kejriwal is described as a “Chunavi Hindu,” who only acknowledges Hindu values during elections to attract votes from the majority community, he added.

“The AAP leader has consistently disrespected the Hindu community, praised anti-national forces, and is a foe of both Sanatan Dharma and national security. Expecting Delhi’s advancement under his leadership is an exercise in futility,” he asserted.
