Delhi BJP Chief Sachdeva Accuses Kejriwal of Misrepresenting Jobless Attacker as Criminal

New Delhi, Dec 1 (NationPress) Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva expressed disappointment on Sunday, stating that former Chief Minister and AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal has distorted the emotions of the young unemployed man who splashed water on him during a padyatra the day before.
In his remarks, Sachdeva criticized the AAP leader for portraying the young man as a criminal, arguing that the former CM did not grasp the plight of the bus marshal who was left jobless due to the administrative errors and negligence of the AAP government.
Sachdeva went on to claim that Kejriwal has jeopardized the lives of the impoverished in every Assembly election and has shown a lack of regard for anyone's feelings.
He pointed out that Kejriwal himself acknowledged on Sunday that criminals, looters, and gangsters are freely roaming, yet it appeared he was referring to his own party MLAs entangled in criminal activities, including murder convict Prakash Jarwal, Waqf Board defrauder Amanatullah Khan, and extortionist Naresh Balyan.
Sachdeva remarked that the residents of Delhi are astonished that Kejriwal, who initially promised political change, is now allied with gangsters, looters, and criminals.
He noted that despite the AAP hiring prominent lawyers to defend Naresh Balyan, a court on Sunday placed him in police remand, highlighting the robustness of the police's case against him.
The Delhi BJP President announced that the party would be meeting with the Delhi Police Commissioner on Monday to present further evidence concerning Balyan.
