Delhi BJP Receives Over 100,000 Public Suggestions for Election Manifesto

New Delhi, Dec 20 (NationPress) The Delhi BJP has amassed a total of 1.04 lakh suggestions from citizens for its manifesto regarding the forthcoming Assembly elections, as announced by Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, the Convener of the party’s Election 2025 Manifesto Committee, on Friday.

The strong engagement from the public reflects their dissatisfaction with the Kejriwal government, according to Bidhuri.

He emphasized that the BJP’s manifesto will be not only thorough but also resonate with the aspirations of the community.

Bidhuri noted that the manifesto committee has convened six meetings to discuss and identify numerous issues.

According to him, the party has gained insights into public concerns through discussions and is in the process of consolidating the findings. Senior members of the manifesto committee will draft and present the BJP’s election manifesto for 2025.

He mentioned that an email address and WhatsApp number have been established to gather public suggestions. To date, they have collected over 40,000 suggestions from these platforms: 3,259 via email and 36,742 through WhatsApp.

Moreover, the BJP has deployed mobile manifesto vans throughout all 70 Assembly constituencies in Delhi via its district organizations. As of Thursday, these vans have gathered 60,754 suggestions, which are currently being compiled.

This van initiative was launched by Delhi BJP election in-charge Baijayant Panda and co-incharge Alka Gurjar, among others.

In addition to engaging with RWAs, meetings have been held with sanitation workers, the Poorvanchal community, and members of the Jat and Gurjar communities, he stated.

Previously, Union Minister of State for Corporate Affairs and Road Transport and Highways, Harsh Malhotra, spotlighted the transformative reforms of the JAM (Jan Dhan Yojna, Aadhaar and Mobile) Trinity Schemes, Digital Transactions, and Ayushman Bharat-PMJAY.

Malhotra asserted that since 2014, the Modi Government has been dedicated to supporting the underprivileged, launching over 200 schemes in the past decade for the benefit of the nation’s 140 crore citizens.

He stated that under the visionary leadership of PM Narendra Modi, the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) has successfully integrated a significant segment of India’s population into the banking framework.
