Delhi BJP Launches 14 Video Vans to Gather Public Feedback for Manifesto

New Delhi, Dec 7 (NationPress) Baijayant Panda, the election in-charge for Delhi BJP, inaugurated 14 Sankalp Patra (pledge letter) vans on Saturday for all 14 organizational districts from the state office in Delhi.

These vans will traverse the city to gather public suggestions via boxes placed within them.

According to Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, these suggestions will inform the BJP's Sankalp Patra for the forthcoming 2025 Assembly elections.

Panda stated, “Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the nation has been progressing steadily and has become the fifth-largest economy globally. The level of respect that India and its citizens receive worldwide was unimaginable a decade ago.”

He highlighted that the corruption and inaction of the Arvind Kejriwal administration over the past ten years have led to a dire situation in Delhi. He stressed that if the BJP gains power, it will work towards improving the city.

“These suggestion vans will navigate various parts of Delhi, and based on public feedback, we will formulate our Sankalp Patra. Additionally, our campaign slogan, ‘Now We Won’t Tolerate, We Will Change,’ was inspired by the people’s input,” Panda remarked.

Present at the event were national general secretary Dushyant Gautam, Union Minister Harsh Malhotra, MPs Manoj Tiwari, Ramveer Singh Bidhuri, Kamaljeet Sahrawat, Yogendra Chandolia, Bansuri Swaraj, Praveen Khandelwal, Opposition Leader Vijender Gupta, Sardar Manjinder Singh Sirsa, former Union Minister Harsh Vardhan, and Meenakshi Lekhi, among others.

Dr Alka Gurjar, co-in-charge of Delhi, mentioned, “Residents of Delhi are frustrated because Kejriwal’s promises when he took office have never been fulfilled.”

“When the Delhi BJP President dipped in the Yamuna, he fell ill for three days, despite Kejriwal’s assertions of cleaning the river. Our slogan, ‘Now We Won’t Tolerate, We Will Change,’ is directed against the Kejriwal government, particularly regarding its supply of contaminated water through taps.”

Sachdeva expressed that the people of Delhi have felt deceived over the past decade.

“Today, if you turn on the taps in Delhi, you will encounter dirty water, crumbling roads, and piles of garbage everywhere. Therefore, the residents of Delhi are now seeking change. I urge all Delhi citizens to participate in the BJP’s suggestion initiative and help build the Delhi they envision,” he stated.

National General Secretary Dushyant Gautam noted that the BJP operates double-engine governments in numerous states across the country, and people have recognized that the vision of India that freedom fighters dreamed of is now materializing.

The convenor of the Sankalp Committee and MP Ramveer Singh Bidhuri declared that a comprehensive Sankalp Patra will be created by the committee. He also assured that the BJP will secure victory in the upcoming Assembly elections, allowing the people of Delhi to soon witness the city of their dreams.
