New Delhi, Feb 2 (NationPress) The Delhi BJP introduced its latest campaign anthem, 'Dilwalon Ki Dilli Ko BJP Sarkar Chahiye', performed by former MP Dinesh Lal Yadav 'Nirahua'. The unveiling took place under the leadership of BJP Delhi unit President Virendra Sachdeva and MP Manoj Tiwari, who asserted that the song challenges a government built on 'deceit, confusion, and negative politics'.
Tiwari emphasized that the current administration shows no concern for the citizens of Delhi, resulting in a unified call from the city: 'We want a BJP government.' He mentioned that since the song's lyrics became public, citizens nationwide have expressed their gratitude, feeling a sense of relief.
'No genuine progress is being made in Delhi. This song will act as a wake-up call for the populace, motivating them to cast their votes for the BJP on February 5,' he stated.
Tiwari further remarked that while people are congratulating them, the anthem will undoubtedly resonate as Delhi's voice and highlights the necessity of ousting Arvind Kejriwal from his position.
He noted that the BJP's manifesto has astonished Delhi residents, although those from Haryana and Uttar Pradesh are not surprised, having witnessed similar commitments fulfilled in their regions.
BJP Media Head Praveen Shankar Kapoor and Neelkanth Bakshi were also in attendance during the launch.
Previously, BJP National Spokesperson and MP Sambit Patra accused the AAP of pervasive corruption across all sectors. 'Delhi voters will mark black ink on the faces of these scamsters,' he remarked.
Patra pointed out that Prime Minister Narendra Modi aptly labeled the ruling party in Delhi as AAP-da—a party whose greatest 'sampada' (asset) is corruption.
'Whether it pertains to the liquor, excise, or policy decisions, which have involved some of the largest corruption cases in India, or the Delhi Jal Board, where approximately Rs 29,000 crore were misappropriated, or the Rs 4,500 crore DTC bus scam, and the Rs 1,300 crore school classroom scam, the AAP is synonymous with corruption,' he stated.
Responding to Kejriwal's earlier criticisms of BJP leaders, Patra commented, 'The election climate in Delhi is intensifying, and Kejriwal's frustration is becoming increasingly apparent. His use of offensive language indicates he is facing a significant electoral defeat.'
