Delhi Electorate Rejects AAP's 'Partial Governance': Vijender Gupta

New Delhi, Dec 29 (NationPress) AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal’s statement that the elected government in Delhi is merely a “partial governance”—with the other portion being managed by the Central government—is nothing more than a misleading narrative, asserted Vijender Gupta, the Leader of the Opposition in the Delhi Assembly, on Sunday.

In a video address, the BJP leader emphasized that each voter in Delhi casts a complete vote, hence the city government cannot be classified as a “partial governance”.

“Delhi voters are not interested in electing a ‘partial governance’ under the AAP, but rather a ‘full government’ under the BJP,” he remarked.

“If Kejriwal and the AAP are struggling to manage the elected government, they should resign, as the BJP, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is prepared to honor every single vote and provide a complete government to the electorate,” Gupta stated.

“The BJP administration will transform Delhi into the premier capital worldwide,” he added.

Gupta expressed that Kejriwal and his associates are facing imminent defeat in the forthcoming Assembly elections, which has pushed the AAP convenor to make unfounded accusations against opponents in the New Delhi constituency.

“The constituents of the New Delhi Assembly seat do not support Kejriwal. Polls indicate a decline in his vote share, and his evident state of distress suggests that the AAP’s prospects are diminishing,” he remarked.

Gupta further claimed that the AAP’s efforts to bolster its position by employing fraudulent voters have been thwarted, revealing its politics of deception to the public.

“My message to Kejriwal is that after squandering 10 years on political accusations, it’s time to recognize that he has been exposed,” he concluded.

He also forecasted a challenging battle for former Education Minister and confidant of Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, in the Jangpura seat due to public discontent against the AAP government.

“Sisodia’s shift from Patparganj to Jangpura will not shield him from the wrath of Delhi’s voters, who will hold him accountable wherever he contests,” Gupta asserted.
