New Delhi, Sep 4 (NationPress) The Delhi government is set to introduce a mobile unit aimed at enhancing public engagement and promoting Ayurveda, according to Health Minister Pankaj Kumar Singh on Thursday.
Reaffirming the government's dedication to increasing access to comprehensive healthcare through Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy (AYUSH), the Minister has directed that Panchakarma therapies be made more accessible as part of its efforts to foster holistic wellness.
While addressing the 19th Governing Council Meeting of Chaudhary Brahm Prakash Ayurved Charak Sansthan (CBPACS) in Najafgarh, he praised the institute's advancements and stressed its potential to become a leading Ayurvedic institute in India.
He remarked: “CBPACS is a distinguished institution, and I am impressed with its outstanding operations. Our goal is to establish it as a benchmark Ayurvedic institute in India, driving innovative healthcare and research for the community.”
During the meeting, the Minister highlighted the necessity of increasing the visibility of Ayurvedic treatments available at CBPACS, emphasizing the importance of public awareness so that more residents of Delhi can take advantage of its offerings.
