New Delhi, May 31 (NationPress) The Delhi government is set to unveil a comprehensive report detailing its accomplishments under the guidance of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta during a public gathering at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Saturday, commemorating the end of its first 100 days in office.
This event aims to be both a celebration of achievements and an opportunity for citizens to provide feedback and suggestions for future governance.
The BJP government, which assumed power in February, marked the 100-day milestone on Friday by launching a 22-page workbook titled 'Kaam Karne Wali Sarkar -- 100 Din Seva Ke' at the Delhi Secretariat.
Cabinet ministers Ashish Sood, Kapil Mishra, and Ravinder Indraj Singh were present at the launch of this document, which outlines significant initiatives undertaken since the administration took charge.
For the BJP, which returned to power in Delhi after over 27 years, this workbook serves not only as a summary of completed tasks but also as a declaration of intent.
The workbook highlights various efforts in sectors such as healthcare, education, infrastructure, and welfare.
It includes a ₹ 1 lakh crore budget allocation for the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, a ₹ 5,100 crore provision for a ₹ 2,500 monthly assistance scheme aimed at supporting underprivileged women, and the introduction of the Vay Vandana Yojana, which provides free healthcare for senior citizens.
The government also emphasized its commitment to transparency by presenting the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) reports in the Assembly.
Chief Minister Gupta described the completion of 100 days as a moment of decisive and impactful governance. She highlighted that the administration has worked diligently every day in service of Delhi's two crore residents.
She mentioned that the workbook is a record not only of promises made but also of promises fulfilled.
On social media, CM Gupta stated, 'When you entrusted me with the responsibility of serving Delhi, it was not just a job but a commitment to prioritize public service and welfare-oriented policies.'
'In these 100 days, we have effectively worked toward fulfilling every promise. Our focus was clear – development that is both visible and tangible. Cleanliness, security, women empowerment, and e-governance – our efforts have been aimed at making Delhi a robust, safe, and inclusive capital,' she added.
Gupta acknowledged Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for steering the government's actions.
'This has been made possible due to the inspiration, guidance, and vision of 'Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas' from our respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The trust of the people of Delhi is my greatest strength. The foundation of change is now set, and the momentum of development will not cease,' she remarked.
Reaffirming her government's commitment to ongoing progress, she stated, 'Delhi will continue to advance with the determination of good governance and service.'
