New Delhi, Feb 23 (NationPress) The inaugural 'Mann Ki Baat' program of Prime Minister Narendra Modi subsequent to the BJP’s remarkable win in the Delhi Assembly elections was notably highlighted by the party with Chief Minister Rekha Gupta spearheading the organization of 5,018 booth-level events throughout the city on Sunday.
During one of the gatherings, Chief Minister Gupta emphasized the Prime Minister’s commitment to the respect for daughters within Indian culture, which is essential in nurturing strong values.
She mentioned that, in alignment with the Prime Minister’s vision, her administration would strive to enhance women’s involvement in both society and governance.
As part of the day's activities, BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda participated in a booth-level event at Naraina Vihar.
Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, MP Bansuri Swaraj, MLA Umang Bajaj, along with numerous BJP workers and office bearers from the Naraina RWA, joined Nadda in absorbing the Prime Minister’s message.
Also in attendance were BJP National Spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari, National Media Co-Convenor Sanjay Mayukh, State Media Relations Head Vikram Mittal, and Karol Bagh District President Sunil Kakkar.
BJP National Vice President Baijayant Jay Panda tuned in to the “Mann Ki Baat” program in Kirti Nagar and encouraged workers to disseminate the Prime Minister’s message to every household.
Delhi BJP President commended PM Modi for his recognition of Indian scientists, deeming it a memorable moment.
He accentuated that the entire nation celebrated ISRO’s 100th rocket launch, which signifies more than just a number, but a testament to India’s resilience and dedication.
Sachdeva further commented on the global acknowledgment India is gaining due to its swift progress in AI technology.
Earlier, Chief Minister Gupta, accompanied by MPs Kamaljeet Sahrawat and Swaraj, received blessings from Jain Muni Pujya Shri Charukirti Panditacharyavarya Bhadrak Mahaswami Maharaj during the Second Grand Special Dwarakesh Shri Bahubali Swami Mahamastakabhishek at the national level.
The Chief Minister expressed that the Jain community has consistently extended significant grace towards them, and it is this blessing that has empowered her with the duty of overseeing the comprehensive development of Delhi.
CM Gupta affirmed that the faith this community has placed in her will always be respected. She added that she has been tasked with the responsibility of transforming Delhi into a developed city, and in the future, Delhi will embark on a new chapter of development.
