Ambala, March 1 (NationPress) A shocking daylight shooting incident caused chaos on Saturday at the Ambala city court premises in Haryana. Two assailants unleashed multiple shots at a young man named Aman, who was present for a court hearing.

The attackers arrived in a black Scorpio and without any warning, fired two to three shots before making a hasty getaway.

Reports indicate that police and crime branch teams responded promptly to the alarming event. Upon their arrival, they recovered two spent bullet casings and a coin from the scene. Thankfully, there have been no reports of injuries, despite the gunfire in such a crowded area.

Investigating officer Sunil Vats stated that the investigation is ongoing, and efforts are being made to identify the individuals responsible for the shooting. The police have increased security measures in the city, with a specialized team focused on gathering evidence and apprehending the culprits.

A significant lead in the investigation comes from an eyewitness, a private security guard named Ranjeet, who was stationed at the court’s entrance. Ranjeet recounted the incident as he witnessed it unfold.

He reported that two armed men drove up to the court entrance and fired three shots at Aman before fleeing. Despite Ranjeet’s attempts to intervene, the assailants disregarded him and escaped swiftly.

Authorities have confirmed that CCTV footage from the court premises is being meticulously reviewed as part of the investigation. They suspect that the shooting might be linked to a personal dispute and are actively working to determine the motive behind the attack.
