Bengaluru, Feb 9 (NationPress) Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is set to exhibit its light utility helicopter, fighter jet, and training aircraft at the upcoming Aero India 2025 event, commencing on February 10 at Yelahanka Airforce Station.

HAL Chairman and Managing Director D K Sunil stated, "HAL will highlight its homegrown products and technologies under the theme ‘Innovate. Collaborate. Lead’ during Aero India 2025."

The centerpiece of HAL's indoor pavilion (HALL-E) will be the LUH, along with the Hindustan Turbo Trainer (HTT)-40 Simulator, and scaled models of the LCA Mk1A fighter, LCA Mk1 Trainer, Hindustan Jet Trainer (HJT)-36, HTT-40, LCH, and ALH Mk IV, as noted in a company statement.

As part of the flying display, the LCA Mk 1A, HJT 36, HTT40, and LUH will be featured, while the static display will include the LCA Mk1 Trainer, Hindustan 228, Do228, and LUH 228, according to HAL.

A full-scale functional engineering demonstrator of the Combat Air Teaming System Warrior will be a key highlight at the India Pavilion, alongside the Advanced Light Helicopter Next Generation and RUAV.

The Aero India 2025 show is scheduled from February 10 to 14, 2025. The initial three days will be reserved for business visitors, while the last two days will welcome the general public.

This five-day event will feature a curtain-raiser, an inaugural ceremony, a Defence Ministers’ Conclave, CEOs’ Round-Table, an iDEX start-up event, exhilarating air shows, and an expansive exhibition area that includes the India Pavilion and a trade fair for aerospace companies.

Aero India stands as India’s premier aerospace and defence exhibition, where global aerospace vendors and the Indian Air Force (IAF) captivate audiences with thrilling aerobatic performances.

This biennial flagship event convenes industry leaders, government representatives, technology experts, and defence strategists under one roof, showcasing the country’s technological capabilities and innovations while fostering international collaboration and strategic discussions.

Aero India has grown into a significant international platform, highlighting advancements in aerospace technology and facilitating crucial dialogues between domestic and global stakeholders. The event reflects India's commitment to enhancing its aerospace and defence competencies.

To encourage discussions aimed at establishing strategic partnerships with allied nations, India will host the Defence Ministers’ Conclave themed ‘BRIDGE-Building Resilience through International Defence and Global Engagement’. This theme reflects the evolving geopolitical landscape and the roadmap to mutual prosperity, achievable through collaboration among nations with a shared vision of security and development, as per the Defence Ministry's statement.

Several bilateral meetings are scheduled involving the Raksha Mantri, Raksha Rajya Mantri, Chief of Defence Staff, and other officials on the event's sidelines, focusing on enhancing defence and aerospace relationships with friendly nations by exploring new avenues for partnership.

The CEOs’ Round Table is anticipated to provide a conducive platform for foreign Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to consider manufacturing in India. Top global CEOs, CMDs from domestic public sector units (PSUs), and leading private defence and aerospace manufacturers from India will participate in the event, according to the statement.

The India Pavilion will emphasize India’s dedication to the Make-in-India initiative by showcasing indigenous defence manufacturing capabilities and cutting-edge technologies primed for the global arena, including future possibilities. The promotion of Indian start-ups will be a focal point at Aero India 2025, featuring a diverse range of advanced technologies/products developed by them at an exclusive iDEX pavilion.

Moreover, thrilling aerobatic displays and live technology demonstrations will create an immersive experience, showcasing the capabilities of modern aerospace platforms and technologies. Various seminars on significant themes are also planned as part of the event, as mentioned in the statement.
